PawDNA is published by Formevo Apps. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use the app.

Information you provide

• Photos. You upload pet photos to generate AI portraits. Photos are processed by our service and removed automatically after processing.
• Account data. We create an anonymous user ID to manage your credit balance and purchases.

Automatically collected information

• Device type and operating system version.
• Usage events such as features used and generation requests.
• In-app purchase transactions, processed by Apple.

How we use your information

• To process your photo generation requests.
• To manage your credit balance and purchases.
• To provide customer support.
• To improve the service.

Data storage and deletion

• Uploaded photos: stored temporarily during processing and deleted within 24 hours.
• Generated images: stored temporarily and deleted within 7 days.
• Account data: stored securely on our servers.

Third-party services

• RevenueCat — in-app purchase management.
• OpenAI — AI image generation.
• Cloudflare R2 — temporary image storage.

Your rights

• Request deletion of your data.
• Access your personal information.
• Opt out of further data collection by uninstalling the app.

Children's privacy

PawDNA is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
