Common topics
- Match result looks reversed: include the approximate match time, both display names and a screenshot of the result.
- Purchase not credited: include the Apple App Store transaction ID or Google Play order ID, or a receipt screenshot with private payment details hidden.
- Connection or matchmaking: include the connection indicator, network type and whether a friend or random match was used.
- XP or leaderboard: include your display name, level and the match that did not update.
- Account deletion: use Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. If that fails, contact us.
