1. The service
Sling Duel is a mobile tabletop game published by Formevo Apps. It offers practice matches, live multiplayer, friend invitations, leaderboards, progression and cosmetic collections. Features may change as the game develops.
+2. Your account and profile
The app creates an anonymous service account. You are responsible for activity on your device and for choosing a display name and optional social handle you have the right to use. A one-time rename option, if offered, does not permit impersonation or abusive names.
+3. Fair play and conduct
You may not cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate results, harass players, impersonate others, use offensive profile content, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorized access. We may remove content, adjust invalid results, limit features or suspend access to protect players and the integrity of competition.
+4. Shards and in-app purchases
- Sling Duel may sell consumable shard packs through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
- Shards are a limited, revocable license to access eligible in-game content. They are not money, cannot be transferred and have no cash value.
- Prices and local taxes are shown by the App Store before purchase. Payment and refunds are handled under Apple’s rules.
- Cosmetic items do not guarantee competitive advantage, matchmaking outcome or ranking.
- If a validated purchase is not credited, contact support with the transaction information shown by Apple.
5. Ownership
The app, artwork, characters, arenas, audio, interface and other content are owned by Formevo Apps or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app under these terms.
+6. Updates, availability and termination
Online services depend on networks and third-party infrastructure and may be interrupted. We may update, rebalance, replace or discontinue features. You may stop using the service and delete your account in the app. We may restrict access for serious or repeated violations.
+7. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
+8. Changes
We may update these terms when the service changes. Material updates will be reflected by the effective date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
